We are a deed-restricted condominium association located within the larger Berkshire Lakes complex, conveniently located at the intersection of Radio Road and Santa Barbara Boulevard. Close to I-75 and just minutes from Naples premire shopping and dining on Fifth Ave and Third St. as well as our beautiful beaches.

With 78 units in 8 buildings, our buildings have a beautiful view of the largest lake in the community. A walking path runs between our community and the lake. Colonies’ amenities include two swimming pools, a hot tub and use of the Master Association’s clubhouse, tennis courts (also marked for pickle ball),walking path and Berkshire Lake's community pool.
